1. What are Parallel Imports?

Parallel imports are genuine, brand new products purchased from international markets and imported legally into South Africa without the manufacturer’s consent. They are legally purchased and legally sold but they bypass a lot of the official distributor and marketing costs. These cost savings are passed on to you.

2. Warranty of Parallel Imports

As parallel imports are purchased without the manufacturer’s consent, manufacturers do not honour their warranty. However, Kosmo offers a full 12 month warranty on all their parallel import products. All returns, repairs and exchanges will be honoured by Kosmo as detailed in our Warranty Policy.

3. Product functionality

When purchasing parallel imports, Kosmo ensures that their products are fully functional and compatible in South Africa. However, if you find that a certain function is not working, please contact us at info@kosmo.co.za and we will repair the product as outlined in our Return and Refund Policy.
